While You Were Sleeping...

Night time is such a wonderful time. A time to recharge, relax and SLEEP.
Yet such a delicate time if you are small. Is it just me or do our little ones have quite a busy imagination while they sleep? Each night, we pray for no dreams or just happy dreams...Lately, she has been having many dreams. Happy dreams..or so she says!Last night was no exception...

As I was working out in the wee hours of this morning, my sweet girl needed to wake up and tell me about her adventures. So as she exercised beside me, she began:

"The step-mother was trying put the Grand Duke into the jail. She was mean trying to lock the door on him...(this is when I heard crying and got up to comfort, pray and tuck her back into bed). The Grand Duke didn't want to go into jail. So he grabbed her arm and threw the step-mother into jail. When the step-mother was in jail, Cinderella was trying to give her cat a bath. But her cat didn't want a bath and jumped out of the water and Cinderella couldn't find the cat. Cinderella was just a kid. She didn't have to work so hard anymore because her new mom was kind. Then Cinderella got a nice step mother and she tried giving Cinderella a bath but the water didn't work. Her nice step mother sang songs and wasn't scary. The Grand Duke and the nice step mother helped her..."

Something tells me that the Grand Duke and her new step-mother may have a future together...

We'll have to wait for the sequel...perhaps tonight!

Your so lucky to hear these great dreams. Your sharing an amazing part of your childs life with her. The secrets inside her dreams.

Wow! That's a lot for a little one to dream about. I'd be tired when I woke up. That's cool how her imagination works.
