1.) kids still wake up early though I've been going to bed too late
2.) I don't feel good about missing a work out
3.) a 3 year old can still hammer nails into a wall
4.) the sump pump can go on holidays too!
5.) hubby can fix things!!!
6.) tenting for one night is extremely exhausting (packing, the sleepless night and of course, unpacking again)
7.) relaxing Sunday mornings with bathtime, Bible stories and playing games as a family is a rare yet nice treat
8.) crepes with raspberries, whipping cream, pudding, ice cream, strawberry sauce, your choice of syrup and bacon is not only de-lish but my families favorite meal/brunch, and a fun event making them together with praise and worship music filling our home.
9.) golf is a long game if you don't play and you are at home with the kiddos (wait... i've known that for a while)
10.) trying to maintain a house is hard when you are in holiday mode
11.) my kids were quite disappointed going to our local kid amusement park as Disney was fresh on their mind
12.) our lil'est is such a big girl already, ponytails and all!
13.) I can't stand cleavage of any kind...why can't people wear tops and bottoms that fit!!!
14.) I love family time and I am just savouring our precious moments as they are such a blessing and having Kris home has been so wonderful!

The crepes and a restful Sunday morning sound just divine. And yes, golf is an extremely long game for those of us not inclined to the sport. I wish you many more days of relaxing vacation time. And don't bother with the house, it's a big girl and can take care of herself!

Me too - my baby girl had her first pigtails this weekend. They grow up so fast. I love all the things you learnt - most i have learnt too.

I just got a call today while I was out of the house. We had no water. I guess water can go on hoidays too. I just don't understand why, we live in the cuntry and have a well. lol...
