Just one of those days...

This morning I awoke to finding a beautiful handwritten card that was sent in my mail from a dear friend. In it, I read that was I was loved.
I had a great time getting together with another friend who blessed me with clothes she was getting rid of....to which they fit me like a glove.
I have been choosing to spend more time talking to God in the mornings...such a beautiful way to clear my head and know that God is in control.
I had the opportunity to car pool with another family to an activity...a great way to come home from a holiday and have time to be with other moms. Precious time!
Same family blessed me by watching my kids on an afternoon so I could go run an errand for and pick up another friend from her appointment.
My kids and I spent all afternoon listening to Adventures in Odyssey.
After supper we went to a local dirtbike track and took photos of our precious kiddos and their 'tricks' and of course, listening to the hum of combines and grain trucks around us...oh, i love the beautiful harvest around us.
Tucking the kiddos into bed, hubby encouraged me to go out for a late run. I felt strong. I met a couple that were super friendly and though they had no idea, they were so encouraging and poured joy into my soul.
It was a great day! I have so much to be thankful for. Yes, there were struggles too but I felt joy. Deep joy. So blessed and thrilled to know that God is walking beside me.
