So I'm fussing on my kids at the supper table this evening, I remember that I forgot an important item in the fridge. As I walk back to the table, my 3 year old pipes up,
" those aren't my favorite...". I have taught my kids to say this instead of " I don't like that" or anything worse than that (keep me from more embarassment at someone else's house)...
" what's not you're favorite...sweetie?"
"those shorts you are wearing...they're not my favorite!"
My word.
I am speechless.
and needless to say, no picture will be posted...!!!

Oh my goodness! That is hilarious!!! Seriously... I wonder what was 'not her favourite' about them!! :) I didn't know 3 year olds cared about fashion.... :)
hahaha. kids are awesome. they are sooooooo honest! :) my mom always said, "you can have secrets or you can have children -- but you can't have both!!"

LOL I don't know HOW many times my daughter tells me how much she doesn't like my clothes.... and she's FOUR! I can't imagine the words that will come out when she's a teenager and calls me "old fashioned"

That is too funny coming from a 3 year old I am always amazed at how opinionated my kids actually are about what I wear, I don't think I ever remember caring what my mom wore until MUCH later when I knew what I thought was cool...lol.
