Well, my precious friend on May 2nd, you are 30!!! I have been so blessed to know you for the past 13 years! We have been through difficult times as well as many joys and I am so blessed to call you friend. A couple things stand out in my mind when I think of you.
#1. You've got energy, girl! I have yet to meet anyone as busy and doing so many things at once. When you move to a new community, you know each neighbour by name and their favorite toothpaste in no time, all the while ....making blankets, hosting family and friends for days on end, adjusting to a new baby and a hubby who is busily working not the mention, flying with 3 kids across the country. I'm exhausted just typing this...not actually doing any of it.
#2. You are a fabulous host, making amazing pastries even if your oven is broken...and they still are delish!
#3. You love taking pictures and scrapbooking. I am absolutely brutal in my attempts and yet, you can make it look so simple and FUN!
#4. I have laughed, and cried with you and when I think of you, I smile!
I just want to wish you a fabulous day. Sorry that I can't call you today but please know that I love you and want to wish you God's blessing today and for this upcoming year. Have a wonderful date with Carl. As I'm writing this, you are getting a pedicure...I hope that you have had a great day with friends and your precious fam.
