My boy gifted me with these very exciting and precious treasures (I'll call it a belated Mother's Day gift) today while playing outside on our yard. He found 2 pieces of honeycomb from a beehive, a seed from a tree, a beautiful and his first dandelion of the year and...yes, if you look very closely, you will see a ladybug's wing. He is so excited he can hardly wait for show-and tell on Friday...the problem now? He can only bring one item to school...I wonder what he'll pick. Oh, the stress of a 6 year old. I am just enjoying watching his discoveries ...everyday is an adventure living with him...the best gift of all!
