It's All About HIM

I am going through life trying the best I can to guide, parent and teach my kids the importance of others and the importance of prayer. So effective last week, God gave me another neat idea for praying for others. You may do this already...it's nothing new but new to us. Each morning at breakfast, one child gets to pick one person to pray for. They pray and we all pray together. It has been such an amazing time. I have been amazed at the people they have chosen to pray for...I truly believe that each of these people were placed in my children' heart to be inspired to be prayed for. Today was no exception. As we closed our eyes, and opened our hearts and gave our love and concerns for our special loved one, He heard us and met each us where we were at. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I heard their sweet hearts. And as we finished praying, there was excitement about who they would pick tomorrow.
