But I also never knew that I could work so hard, the friends I had (who blessed us throughout this process) and love for the 'country living' that has been lacking from my life thus far.
I have been truly overwhelmed by the graciousness of others, from help and offers of help to meeting some unbelievable neighbours. A quick story: at church yesterday morning, a man came up to me and introduced himself my neighbour across the street. The thought of moving away from our sweet neighbourhood made me cry as the bond we had was super strong. We were praying for new surroundings and God has provided us with an amazing new community. For that and so much more, we are so thankful!
I also have been putting order back into our life. Less than 24 hours after our move, there wasn't a box to be found. Now that's a good feeling. And there's order in my kitchen too...starting with a 4 week meal schedule...today is corn chowder...a yummy family favorite!
I had felt stressed out lately but finally coming home has been so wonderful.
And the best part...
an amazing sunset everyday!

It's good to be home, eh? May you continue to uncover and discover blessings in your new home!
oh, i am curious about who your neighbour is! so nice that he introduced himself. and, again, i can't believe you had not one box left to unpack by the end of the day saturday. you guys are amazing!! :)
organization is a great thing! i am thinking we are 4 weeks away from moving and that i should get started right NOW. because if i don't it will be utter chaos. and having no boxes 24 hours later is an AWESOME goal. so glad that you feel at home there already! hugs :)
i'm glad you're here!
