My daughter came to me first thing this morning to tell me about her dream.
She dreamt that she was David, from her Bible story and that Goliath came into our house. With her tiny four year hand she described how she pushed Goliath outside of the house "with only my one hand". From there, she proceeded to tell me that she used a slingshot and got Goliath down with one stone. Coming from a lil girl who frequently struggles with her 'vivid' dreams, I asked her how she was so brave.
"Mommy, I was scared but Jesus helped me. I saw Jesus' face the whole time."
Another reason why I need to cling to Jesus with the Goliath's in my life. I love how my kids help me in my faith.
