I love this day to reflect on these past 9 plus years being a mom and thanking my moms for their support, encourage and ability to never give up. My daughter, after discussing the importance of mothers at school, came home to tell me what she would do differently than her mother.
* give candies all day
*spank the kids when they hurt each other
*buy a cat
*be rich
*instead of making different food, she would make them eat tomato sauce all day long
*watch TV all day
*buy a pink clock for her room
Thankfully, she's only 6 and she may change her mind. That and maturity may come!
Being a mother is constant. Never ending. Exhausting yet heart-warming. Emotional yet strengthening. Just when you've discovered what works for your kiddos, they change it up. This has been a huge faith journey being a mother. And I have loved every minute!

You are an awesome Mom Andrea. And you know why? Because Christ shines through you, you are humble and genuine and you make great food (often for other people too, wow!). Plus, you really know how to have fun and have a great sense of humour. Your kids are blessed to have you. May God bless you richly on this special day!
That girl of yours cracks me up! You are doing a fabulous job raising those sweetums my friend. Hope you are enjoying a wonderful Mother's Day!
Ha ha...what a sweetie!
I hope you were blessed beyond measure on Mother's Day!
