Seeing this picture of my daughter made me laugh deeply. But the truth be told, I have been living like this...finding security in the wrong places. I know that God lights my path, but it's been my choice to follow Him willingly. My prayer is that I start using the lifeline God has so graciously given me, not on my terms...but on His. It's simple actually, wearing my safety gear the wrong way will hurt me and the choices I make as well as the people in my life.So here's to a reminder to live life His way, not mine!

oh Kimmie, she's wearing water wings on her feet, not boots as it may look like...not a safe way to try to swim having wings around the ankles!
