Ice Cream Tarts
12 full scoops of ice cream
1/2 cup of melted chocolate chips (I used hard shell topping instead)
1 cup of M&M's
I placed the ice cream in my kitchen Aid mixer until softened.
As it swirled around, I poured in the hard shell topping and M&M's.
I placed 12 paper muffin liners in a muffin tin and filled them with the ice cream mixture.
Let freeze for a couple hours or over night with saran wrap over them.
Remove paper liner from the ice cream tart immediately before serving and place upside down on a plate.
Garnishing with more hard shell topping.
Next time, I'll add 1/2 cup of peanut butter into the mix...YUM-O!!!
***Note to my Biggest Loser Team mates, only two M&M's were eaten the prep of this yummy dessert and no other BLT's (bites, licks or tastes!!!)
