Bitter Sweet Times for His Mother...

My dear son,

I imagined that this day would happen and now it has. You have finished your last day of kindergarten. I am so proud of you. I have seen you learn and grow in many ways. God has blessed you with so much love in your heart and a willingness to show this love to others. Watching you befriend others and the joy in you that you just can't contain, makes me be a better person. I pray for you and your decisions you make daily and in your future.

I love you so much,

mommy (**sighing... and wiping those crazy proud moment tears)

So cute! I can only imagine the emotions that come when your firstborn (or any-born for that matter) goes off to kindergarten and then finishes only to start "full-time" in grade 1. Wait to go Ryan!!

How sweet! I can't wait to get to know him better, but he seems like a real sweet little guy... my E really likes him and can't wait to play with him more, and it was real sweet how nice he played with another child a couple years younger!
I can't imagine just how bittersweet that must be for you!

Wow! And I remember when he was barely crawling. Time has flown by but I'm glad that he has grown into such a great boy. You have a lot to be proud and thankful for, hence the tears!

Yay for him!! I remember talking with you about the struggles of this whole kindergarten business (and I'm next...gulp!). But you both made it!!!

What an adorable picture of an adorable boy!!

Working in the Beginner department in SS, I get a very small taste of how quickly these children grow up! I remember Ryan coming to SS when he was little, and I remember last year when he moved on up to the next department. It's so bitter sweet Andrea! One thing is for sure though, you sure have a sweet boy on your hands there! You must be one darn good Mom!
